P: 1. How long will it take for me to receive my sign?
R: You will receive your order in approximately four or five business days. Our production department is closed on weekends. We are shipping in Florida only.

P: 2. What is 70/30 Perforated Window Film?
R: Perforated vinyl window film is a large format print substrate, typically white on the front side and black on the reverse side, for creating one-way vision graphics. The window graphics make a striking impression on the outside of a window but from inside the perforations maintain the window's see-through.

P: 3. Do you install Perforated Window Film?
R: No, we don't install Perforated Window Film.

P: 4. Are Perforated Window Film Window Graphics reusable?
R: No, Perforated Window Film are not reusable.

P: 5. I have an idea of the design, can you create the artwork for me?
R: If you have an idea for your design, but do not have a digital file prepared by a graphic designer ready to print, you will need to create the artwork. We offer design services, please contact us for a quote.

P: 6. If I have my own design. How do I set up my artwork files? What are your file specifications?
R: To ensure the printing quality of your greeting cards, your design must meet certain technical specifications required by our production department. The bleed must be 0.50" all sides (top, bottom, left, right). For example, if you need a window cling 12" x 24" the final size of your art, with the margin should be 13 "x 25". However, at the time of printing and cutting your window cling will have a size of 12" x 24".

Please keep all text at least 2" from edge.

Accepted files: EPS or PDF format, 300 dpi, CMYK coloring. Please provide ready to print files & in good quality. If you have any questions or doubts please contact us .
