Q: 1. How long will it take for me to receive my folders?
A: You will receive your order in approximately five or six business days. Our production department is closed on weekends. We are shipping in Florida only.

Q: 2. What is the advantage of UV coating?
A: UV coating gives a gloss finish to the surface it is applied to, enhancing the depth of color and making the hues pop. It also provides moisture and abrasion resistance. This is recommended for brochures that will be heavily handled by several individuals or will go through locations.

Q: 3. Do I have to pay shipping for my folders?
A: You don't have to pay shipping. .

Q: 4. How thick are folders?
A: 14pt thick (equal to .014 of an inch). Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

Q: 5. I have an idea of the design, can you create the artwork for me?
A: If you have an idea for your design, but do not have a digital file prepared by a graphic designer ready to print, you will need to create the artwork. We offer design services, please contact us for a quote.

Q: 6. If I have my own design. How do I set up my artwork files? What are your file specifications?
A: To ensure the printing quality of your folders, your design must meet certain technical specifications required by our production department. Bleed should be 0.0625 "on each side (top, bottom, left and right) and should extend beyond the cut line, this will be trimmed from the product during the final cut phase.

For a Presentation Folder please download our templates, it is important to note that they are printed flat. please use our template to design the art but remove and do not include guides for slits, if a template is sent as a layer on the art it will print.

The designation of the pockets is based on the flat images so when choosing pockets be mindful of this, please use this image as an example:

Spot UV

IMPORTANT - Please follow this rule when choosing slits, keep any design, text or logos out of the slit areas. The pocket side you want the slits on should follow the orientation rule above.

Templates: Our template is used as a guide or reference to show general placement of logos/graphic elements, however, when submitting the artwork, you must submit it without the guidelines, otherwise they would be printed. See image below for example. To get template click on the following link:
